The printed napkin is the cheapest branding in catering: your logo on every table, at a few cents a unit. 1 to 2 color printing on tissue, four-color on airlaid, right in production. Printing minimums are higher than for plain white and are stated in the quote.
Napkins are the one family where the minimum, not the unit price, decides what you can order. The spread is enormous, and it is worth knowing before you fall for a low unit price attached to a 25,000-piece run:
