Three names circulate for one piece of cloth, and the difference is geography and habit rather than product. Knowing which word your buyer uses tells you what they expect in the box:

This is where kitchen towel orders go wrong. A base that suits embroidery will not hold a photographic print, and a sublimation base cannot be cotton. Match the two before you order samples:

Two pieces on the flour sack and ten on the blanks. Printed ranges usually start at 50 to 100 pieces per design, and chain programs run from 5,000. Tell us the run size in the request: it changes the printing method we quote.
Not truly: sublimation needs polyester, so a photographic print on cotton means digital pigment printing, which is softer and slightly less saturated. If the image matters more than the fiber, use a waffle microfiber base. If cotton matters more, we adjust the artwork for it.
Yes. The blanks ship pure white with no label, no logo and no print, so an embroidery shop or a print-on-demand seller can decorate them and sell them as their own. Custom labels and hang tags can be added in production if you want them.
Sublimation is in the fiber, so it does not crack or peel. Digital and screen prints on cotton fade slowly over many washes, faster if bleached. Two rules go on the care label: wash warm, skip the bleach.
Yes, and it is worth it in this category: belly bands, paper boxes with a waist seal, hang tabs and custom labels are all production options. A towel that arrives shelf-ready saves you a packing operation on arrival.
